Key Role Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated technical support issues across hardware, software, and infrastructure systems.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain networking equipment, AV setups, and cloud platforms.
  • Support infrastructure upgrades and service improvements across client environments.
  • Liaise with technology vendors to resolve hardware or software issues.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation and client support materials.

Key Attributes Required

  • 2+ years’ experience in a second-line IT support role or similar.
  • Good understanding of networking, Windows environments, and cloud services.
  • Experience working with AV systems, telephony, or access control is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing team.
