Key Role Responsibilities
- Handle escalated technical support issues across hardware, software, and infrastructure systems.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain networking equipment, AV setups, and cloud platforms.
- Support infrastructure upgrades and service improvements across client environments.
- Liaise with technology vendors to resolve hardware or software issues.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and client support materials.
Key Attributes Required
- 2+ years’ experience in a second-line IT support role or similar.
- Good understanding of networking, Windows environments, and cloud services.
- Experience working with AV systems, telephony, or access control is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a growing team.
