Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical design and pre-sales architecture for modern infrastructure and hybrid IT solutions.
  • Translate client business and technical needs into comprehensive, value-driven solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and technical discovery sessions with clients to capture requirements.
  • Collaborate with professional services, managed services, and technical teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Provide governance on solution design, documentation, and delivery quality.
  • Support technical sales enablement through workshops, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, vendor roadmaps, and best practices.

Key Attributes Required:

  • 5+ years' experience in a pre-sales or professional services technical role.
  • Expert-level knowledge in data centre infrastructure, hybrid IT, and vendor ecosystems (HPE, Dell, IBM, NetApp).
  • Experience with technical configuration and sizing tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation projects and service-led approaches.
  • Strong technical governance, documentation, and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to align solutions with business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Data Protection, DR, and BC solutions.
  • Desirable: knowledge of VMware, Microsoft Azure HCI, containerisation, public cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP), and enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Eligibility for (or current) security clearance is an advantage.
