Key Role Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and implementation of advanced infrastructure and technology solutions.

  • Resolve high-level technical issues and provide expert guidance to 1st and 2nd line teams.

  • Oversee complex projects including systems upgrades, migrations, and integrations.

  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Attributes Required
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior support or 3rd line role, ideally with project delivery experience.

  • Deep technical understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and AV systems.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills to support mentoring and team collaboration.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple workloads and client demands under pressure.
