5+ years’ experience in a senior support or 3rd line role, ideally with project delivery experience.

Deep technical understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms, and AV systems.

Strong communication and leadership skills to support mentoring and team collaboration.

Proven ability to manage multiple workloads and client demands under pressure.
