Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support enterprise-level UC solutions (VoIP, connectivity, managed Wi-Fi).
  • Troubleshoot voice, network, and connectivity issues swiftly.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors for system support and enhancements.
  • Monitor system health and drive continual improvements.
  • Maintain architecture documentation and ensure compliance.
