Key Role Responsibilities

  • Drive new business across midmarket and enterprise clients (UK & global).
  • Own the sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, quoting, closing, and nurturing.
  • Deliver a minimum £15k/month GP within 6 months.
  • Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted IT advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and marketing to develop tailored solutions.

Key Attributes Required

  • 10+ years in IT reseller (VAR) sales within the £5m–£50m revenue space.
  • Proven track record in generating new GP from cold.
  • Strong personal network of senior decision-makers.
  • Comfortable selling complex, multi-vendor solutions.
  • Independent, commercially sharp, and target-driven.
  • Avoidance of candidates from large corporate resellers or MSP/public sector focus.
