📍 Location:
Elstree (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office initially, with flexibility to move remote once established)
💰 Salary & Commission:
- £35,000 – £40,000 base
- 30% uncapped commission on all gross profit, starting from £1 billed

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect, cold call, and network your way into new corporate accounts
- Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Book and lead discovery meetings, supported by technical experts
- Own your pipeline and CRM – forecast accurately, track activity
- Progress into full-cycle sales and retain account ownership
✅ What You’ll Need:
- 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development (MSP, VAR, or IT Distributor preferred)
- Strong understanding of the IT channel and B2B sales
- Hunter mindset – proactive, driven, and tenacious
- Confident communicator with the ability to articulate complex solutions
- Ambitious and eager to grow into a senior commercial role
