📍 Location:

Elstree (Hybrid: 2–3 days in office initially, with flexibility to move remote once established)

💰 Salary & Commission:

• £35,000 – £40,000 base
• 30% uncapped commission on all gross profit, starting from £1 billed

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospect, cold call, and network your way into new corporate accounts
• Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls
• Book and lead discovery meetings, supported by technical experts
• Own your pipeline and CRM – forecast accurately, track activity
• Progress into full-cycle sales and retain account ownership

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development (MSP, VAR, or IT Distributor preferred)
• Strong understanding of the IT channel and B2B sales
• Hunter mindset – proactive, driven, and tenacious
• Confident communicator with the ability to articulate complex solutions
• Ambitious and eager to grow into a senior commercial role
