The Role
This is a commercially focused Account Manager role responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of Social Housing customers. You’ll drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, long‐term relationship building, and consultative solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall engagement, health, and commercial performance of assigned accounts
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting white‐space opportunities within existing customers
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive‐level decision makers
- Understand customer business drivers and challenges to position solutions effectively
- Deliver compelling solution demonstrations and produce high‐quality commercial proposals
- Navigate complex organisational structures and extended deal cycles to successful close
- Own pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and achievement of sales targets
- Create, execute, and maintain structured account development plans
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 3+ years’ experience in SaaS or software account management within complex or enterprise environments
- Proven track record of consistent performance against revenue or quota targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience selling multi‐stakeholder solutions
- Consultative sales approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
- Comfortable using CRM systems and producing professional proposals and business communications
Advantageous
- Experience selling into Social Housing or wider public sector organisations
- Exposure to digital transformation, platform, or enterprise software solutions
