The Role

This is a commercially focused Account Manager role responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of Social Housing customers. You’ll drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, long‐term relationship building, and consultative solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall engagement, health, and commercial performance of assigned accounts
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting white‐space opportunities within existing customers
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive‐level decision makers
  • Understand customer business drivers and challenges to position solutions effectively
  • Deliver compelling solution demonstrations and produce high‐quality commercial proposals
  • Navigate complex organisational structures and extended deal cycles to successful close
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and achievement of sales targets
  • Create, execute, and maintain structured account development plans

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • 3+ years’ experience in SaaS or software account management within complex or enterprise environments
  • Proven track record of consistent performance against revenue or quota targets
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience selling multi‐stakeholder solutions
  • Consultative sales approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle from qualification through to close
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and producing professional proposals and business communications

Advantageous

  • Experience selling into Social Housing or wider public sector organisations
  • Exposure to digital transformation, platform, or enterprise software solutions
