Software (SDLC) Business Analyst/Product Owner

Work Pattern: Hybrid

Location: 2 x days a week in Portsmouth

Salary: Up to £55,000 per year

Role & Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate complex processes into clear functional specifications.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the transport industry.
• Support the delivery of high-quality SaaS products from concept to launch.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within software or technology environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You must have experience in end to end BA/PM processes
• Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
