The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a high-growth enterprise software company that is transforming how healthcare organisations manage critical information and patient workflows.
With a strong product suite already embedded across major healthcare providers, the business is now entering an exciting new phase of expansion following recent investment and strategic acquisitions.
As part of this growth, they are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive net-new revenue across the South of the UK, selling innovative digital solutions into complex healthcare environments.
This is a true hunter role for someone who thrives on building pipeline, opening new accounts, and shaping large strategic opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Driving new logo acquisition across healthcare organisations
• Identifying and developing opportunities within complex enterprise environments
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract signature
• Working closely with technical, product, and implementation teams to shape solutions
• Developing strong pipeline and executing a structured go-to-market strategy
• Representing the business at industry events and customer meetings
What They’re Looking For
• Proven experience in enterprise software or technology sales
• Track record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets
• Comfortable selling into complex or regulated environments
• Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Experience managing longer sales cycles and strategic deals
• Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality
