Senior Enterprise Sales Executive – UK & Northern Europe
A global enterprise software business is hiring a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business and strategic account growth across the UK and Northern Europe.
This is a senior, quota‐carrying role focused on closing complex, high‐value enterprise deals and engaging directly with C‐suite stakeholders.
The Role
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Win and expand large, complex enterprise accounts
- Lead consultative, value‐led sales engagements at executive level
- Close high‐value, multi‐year ARR deals
- Build and manage a strong, disciplined enterprise pipeline
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise software
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex sales cycles
- Strong experience selling to C‐suite and senior stakeholders
- Background selling into regulated or enterprise environments (BFSI a strong advantage)
- Experience selling into risk, compliance, audit, cyber, or adjacent functions is beneficial
- Highly driven, commercially astute, and comfortable owning large deals end‐to‐end
