Field Sales Representative – Fibre Networks & AltNet
Location: Hybrid + Field-based (Tues-Thurs in office, Mon & Fri from home)
Salary: £45,000 base + £10,000 car allowance + commission

Key Role Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new customers within the UK's Alternative Network provider space.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with newly onboarded accounts.
- Collaborate with a strategic vendor partner to build market-aligned propositions.
- Tailor solutions that enhance customer operational efficiency across the fibre deployment cycle.
- Meet sales and margin targets through a structured and consultative selling approach.
Key Attributes Required
- Proven experience in new business development within telecoms or tech distribution.
- Ability to develop compelling customer value propositions and drive pipeline growth.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, from technical teams to executive decision-makers.
- Skilled in managing complex deals, forecasting, and CRM usage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic, hands-on approach.
