The Role
This senior enterprise sales role is focused on driving revenue, strengthening strategic relationships, and expanding market presence across complex global accounts. You will own commercial outcomes, build new enterprise relationships, and unlock significant whitespace opportunities across an extensive technology services portfolio.
Working directly with senior stakeholders, you’ll influence IT strategy, shape multi-solution deals, and ensure value is delivered consistently across the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Growth
- Own revenue and gross margin performance across assigned global and enterprise accounts
- Acquire new enterprise logos aligned to the organisation’s ideal customer profile
- Identify and develop whitespace opportunities through cross‐sell and upsell initiatives
Client Engagement
- Operate as a trusted advisor, focusing on solving business outcomes rather than selling point solutions
- Lead executive‐level engagements, including QBRs and strategic reviews
- Build multi‐threaded relationships across technical and commercial teams
Sales Execution
- Develop and execute account plans aligned to client objectives and technology roadmaps
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, ensuring robust forecasting and 3x coverage
- Lead renewals, pricing strategy, and contractual negotiations
Collaboration
- Work closely with Pre‐Sales Solution Architects to shape solution design and strategy
- Partner with delivery and support teams to ensure outstanding customer experience
- Engage with technology vendors to enhance market positioning and co‐sell opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven track record delivering enterprise new business, including winning new logos
- Strong commercial acumen, including margin, TCO, and value‐based selling expertise
- Experience selling across multiple technical pillars (cloud, networking, datacentre, cybersecurity)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business value
- High personal accountability with strong discipline across CRM, governance, and forecasting
- Strong collaborator, comfortable working across internal teams, partners, and senior clients
Advantageous
- Experience in global enterprise environments
