Key Role Responsibilities :
- Support and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including Business Development Managers and Product Specialists.
- Manage sales pipelines and assist with opportunity development.
- Handle day-to-day customer queries and deliver exceptional customer support.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendor representatives.
- Help achieve revenue and margin targets through effective account management.
- Continuously develop knowledge of products, solutions, and market trends.
