Key Role Responsibilities :

  • Support and grow relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Business Development Managers and Product Specialists.
  • Manage sales pipelines and assist with opportunity development.
  • Handle day-to-day customer queries and deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendor representatives.
  • Help achieve revenue and margin targets through effective account management.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of products, solutions, and market trends.
