🚀 Pre-Sales Consultant - Business Applications (Microsoft Ecosystem) - Fully remote

We’re working with a leading UK technology solutions provider that is investing in its pre-sales and business applications capability. As part of this growth, they’re looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to bridge the gap between customer challenges and innovative Microsoft-based solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys discovery workshops, shaping proposals, and influencing solution design while still remaining hands-on when required.

🔎 The Role

You’ll work closely with Sales, Professional Services, and technical delivery teams to:

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges and transformation goals
  • Translate requirements into high-level solution designs within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Shape and present compelling technical proposals and statements of work
  • Provide technical input into bids, tenders, and commercial proposals
  • Design scalable, secure, and business-focused solutions
  • Support client presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements
  • Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales into delivery teams
  • Maintain awareness of evolving Microsoft technologies and market trends

💡 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution consultant, or technical consultant role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft business applications (Power Platform experience beneficial)
  • Confident running workshops and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience contributing to proposals, bids, and commercial documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to design robust, scalable solutions aligned to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft certifications are advantageous
