Pre-Sales Support Engineer – Networking (Ubiquiti Specialist)

We are recruiting for a specialist Pre-Sales Support professional with strong networking expertise and hands-on experience across the Ubiquiti ecosystem. This is a dedicated technical pre-sales position focused on supporting sales teams, customers, and channel partners with tailored networking solutions and technical guidance.

The Role

Working closely with the commercial and sales teams, you will provide pre-sales expertise across a range of networking opportunities, helping customers identify the right solutions for their environments.

You will act as the technical point of contact throughout the sales cycle, supporting solution design, demonstrations, technical validation, and customer consultation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-sales technical support for networking and infrastructure projects
  • Design and recommend Ubiquiti / UniFi-based solutions
  • Support sales teams with technical presentations, demonstrations, and customer meetings
  • Produce technical proposals, scopes of work, and solution documentation
  • Assist with network planning including WiFi coverage, switching, and routing requirements
  • Deliver technical guidance to channel partners and end users
  • Work collaboratively with internal sales and business development teams
  • Stay current with networking technologies, products, and industry trends

Ideal Experience

  • Strong knowledge of Ubiquiti and UniFi solutions
  • Experience within enterprise networking environments
  • Understanding of wireless infrastructure, switching, routing, and VLANs
  • Previous experience in a pre-sales, technical support, or solutions engineering role
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience within the IT channel, AV, or technology distribution sector would be advantageous
