Key Role Responsibilities :
- Own and drive regional revenue and gross profit performance across your client portfolio.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers, ensuring strong delivery against KPIs.
- Develop strategic growth plans for key accounts, identifying whitespace opportunities for service expansion.
- Support high-value client engagements and ensure proposals are commercially structured for profitability.
- Act as a senior point of contact for strategic relationships, attending key meetings and influencing decisions.
- Maintain accurate team pipelines, ensuring sales discipline, qualification, and progress through the sales cycle.
- Provide reliable forecasts and performance reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.
- Partner with marketing to shape regional campaigns that drive growth and engagement.
- Contribute to commercial leadership discussions to share insights and maintain consistency across regions.
Key Attributes Required :
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or account development roles within an MSP or IT services organisation.
- Proven ability to grow revenue and gross profit through strategic account development.
- Deep knowledge of IT managed services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing strategy, gross margin, and deal structuring.
- Demonstrated experience in leading high-performing teams with a focus on accountability and results.
- Strong relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level and IT leadership.
- Organised, data-driven, and proficient in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM use.
- Confident, collaborative, and hands-on leadership style.
