The Role
This is a proactive, outbound-focused SDR position responsible for generating qualified opportunities and fuelling the sales pipeline. You’ll combine research, outreach and relationship‐building to open conversations across mid‐market and enterprise organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers, partners and target accounts.
- Drive outbound outreach via cold calls, email and social selling.
- Qualify and nurture inbound leads with timely and professional follow‐up.
- Re‐engage dormant or nonresponsive prospects to revive potential opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product and technical teams on campaigns and solution positioning.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly opportunity‐generation targets.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 1–3 years of B2B SDR, inside sales or lead‐generation experience within software or technology.
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts.
- Confident and articulate communicator comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive and driven to exceed targets.
- Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo or Leadfeeder.
Advantageous
- Experience working within a Microsoft‐focused or partner ecosystem.
- Salesforce CRM experience.
