Key Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients and partners across international markets.
  • Drive outbound sales via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social selling.
  • Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
  • Re-engage dormant leads and support nurturing of long-term opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to align outreach strategies.
  • Maintain CRM records accurately (Salesforce) and track engagement activities.
  • Support development and execution of go-to-market campaigns.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for leads and opportunities.

Key Attributes Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales development or lead generation role (preferably in software or tech services).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and partner ecosystem.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Leadfeeder.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
