Key Role Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential B2B clients and partners across international markets.
- Drive outbound sales via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn/social selling.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads generated by the marketing team.
- Re-engage dormant leads and support nurturing of long-term opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and product teams to align outreach strategies.
- Maintain CRM records accurately (Salesforce) and track engagement activities.
- Support development and execution of go-to-market campaigns.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs for leads and opportunities.
Key Attributes Required
- 1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales development or lead generation role (preferably in software or tech services).
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and partner ecosystem.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience using sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Leadfeeder.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
