Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line technical support across a range of client environments
  • Manage and prioritise helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues both remotely and on-site
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Liaise with vendors and third-party providers where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a 2nd line support role, ideally within an MSP/VAR environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple technologies and client environments
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
