The Role

This is a senior new business role responsible for owning and delivering full-cycle sales across professional and managed services within the ServiceNow ecosystem. You’ll generate your own pipeline, lead complex sales cycles, and close high-value deals with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new business opportunities end-to-end, from prospecting through to contract signature
  • Build and manage a self-sourced pipeline across key sectors including public sector, technology/MSPs, and non-profit
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits across commercial, technical, and executive audiences
  • Develop and execute structured territory and account plans to drive growth
  • Position professional and managed services offerings with strong commercial credibility
  • Partner with vendor sales teams to create co-sell opportunities and referral pipeline
  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to design solutions and deliver compelling proposals

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience & Skills

  • 5–8+ years’ experience in full-cycle B2B sales within IT services, consultancy, or professional services
  • Proven track record of winning new business and managing complex sales cycles
  • Experience closing deals in the £150k–£1m+ range
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing and contract negotiation
  • Confident engaging with Director and C-Suite stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently in a high-autonomy, SME environment
  • Working knowledge of a structured sales methodology (e.g. MEDDICC)

Advantageous

  • Experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Background in public sector or regulated environments with complex procurement processes
