The Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor and driving account growth across managed services, cyber security and cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a portfolio of key customer relationships
  • Lead QBRs, service reviews and account planning
  • Identify and deliver upsell and cross‐sell opportunities
  • Drive adoption of solutions across cyber, cloud and connectivity
  • Manage renewals, pricing and multi‐year agreements
  • Collaborate with pre‐sales and technical teams to close opportunities
  • Deliver consistent commercial performance across your accounts

What We’re Looking For

Essential

  • Strong account management experience within MSP, cyber or IT services
  • Proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts
  • Consultative, outcome‐focused sales approach
  • Confidence managing senior stakeholders

Desirable

  • Experience with XDR, SIEM, SD‐WAN, Azure or Microsoft 365
  • Background in PE‐backed or fast‐growth environments
