The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic customers, acting as a trusted advisor and driving account growth across managed services, cyber security and cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop a portfolio of key customer relationships
- Lead QBRs, service reviews and account planning
- Identify and deliver upsell and cross‐sell opportunities
- Drive adoption of solutions across cyber, cloud and connectivity
- Manage renewals, pricing and multi‐year agreements
- Collaborate with pre‐sales and technical teams to close opportunities
- Deliver consistent commercial performance across your accounts
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Strong account management experience within MSP, cyber or IT services
- Proven ability to grow revenue within existing accounts
- Consultative, outcome‐focused sales approach
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders
Desirable
- Experience with XDR, SIEM, SD‐WAN, Azure or Microsoft 365
- Background in PE‐backed or fast‐growth environments
