Strategic Sales Lead – AI Infrastructure (UK)
Location: London (Hybrid / Flexible)
OTE: £300,000

The Role
This is a senior strategic sales position responsible for driving enterprise expansion across high-growth AI organisations. You will lead complex sales engagements with AI-native companies and select enterprise customers deploying AI infrastructure at scale, owning opportunities from early engagement through to commercial close and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute a focused account strategy targeting the Top 100 AI companies globally, alongside select enterprise organisations with significant AI compute needs
- Own new logo acquisition and development of a high-value enterprise pipeline
- Lead complex, long-cycle sales involving GPU infrastructure, private cloud and multi-year platform agreements
- Develop trusted executive relationships with CTOs, Heads of AI, Infrastructure leaders and procurement teams
- Position the platform effectively within a fast-moving AI, cloud and GPU ecosystem
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution in collaboration with legal, finance and technical teams
- Work closely with engineering and solutions teams to ensure successful deployments and long-term customer success
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Proven track record closing large, complex enterprise technology deals
- Experience selling into AI companies, AI-native scale-ups or high-growth tech organisations
- Background in enterprise sales across AI infrastructure, cloud, HPC or GPU computing
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder, long-cycle enterprise sales
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships within AI labs, foundation model teams or AI research organisations
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, NVIDIA compute platforms or sovereign cloud environments
- Exposure to HPC, machine learning platforms, financial services, healthcare or life sciences
- Experience in high-growth infrastructure or developer tools businesses
