Key Role Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture, and manage strong, effective relationships with Apple and other strategic technology partners.
  • Identify and assess new alliance opportunities that align with company objectives.
  • Align partner strategies across internal stakeholders, ensuring joint value creation.
  • Support business development by leveraging partner ecosystems and emerging trends.
  • Deliver partner training and enablement for internal sales teams to drive engagement and sales performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, pipeline growth, and partner satisfaction.
  • Analyse market trends and competitive movements to refine alliance strategies.

Key Attributes Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in alliance management, business development, or a similar partner-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of technology ecosystems and sales enablement practices.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general data reporting.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and long-term strategic thinking.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for partner meetings and events.
