Your Opportunity

Our Analysis and Design Practice is growing and are looking for candidates with 2-3 years experience in Business Analysis and Discovery. You will work with minimal supervision to uncover business and user challenges, problems, and opportunities, as part of a multi-disciplinary project team. You will work with your colleagues in the Technology Delivery practice to generate concepts for potential solutions, sizing their potential impact and so enabling informed client decision-making. You will support the technical delivery of these solutions by preparing and refining backlogs of business and user requirements.

You will proactively contribute to the Analysis & Design practice’s culture and development, suggesting and driving-forward improvement initiatives.

This is a billable role, where you will spend 80% of your time working on client projects.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have prior experience working as a Business Analyst in a technology-led environment.
  • Be comfortable working with minimal supervision to conduct robust and effective research and analysis.
  • Be able to craft compelling narratives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of analysts, designers, and developers to uncover a range of challenges and opportunities.
  • Help stakeholders to prioritise challenges and opportunities based on their potential impact vs effort.
  • Work collaboratively with your peers in the Technology practice to identify, design, and prototype potential solutions that balance business and user requirements with technical feasibility.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of highly-engaging, collaborative workshops with both client and internal stakeholders.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Hold, have recently held, or be willing to go through SC clearance
  • Have experience working in-line with the Government Digital Service Standard
