About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on D365 Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. As a key technical authority, you will be responsible for defining architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring solutions align with both technical and business objectives.

This is an onsite-focused hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in our London office to drive collaboration across engineering and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 solutions, including integrations, data flow, security, scalability, and extensibility.
  • Act as the primary technical lead for D365 projects-owning solution design, technical specifications, and implementation strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in custom development, data migration, integration, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical validations to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend D365 modules, third-party tools, and technologies to meet project and business needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft's D365 ecosystem and ensure solutions remain future-proof and aligned with platform updates.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in technical architecture and solution design within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, CE, or Business Central) ecosystem.
  • Strong background in C#, .NET, Power Platform, Azure Services, and integration frameworks (eg, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of D365 SDK, extensions, custom plugins, workflows, and data entities.
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines, release management, and CI/CD practices in D365 environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or related technical certifications.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations and multi-system integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tooling (eg, Azure DevOps, Git, etc.).

Work Arrangement:

  • Hybrid working model with 3 days per week onsite in our London office.
  • Collaboration-heavy role requiring presence for design sessions, stakeholder alignment, and engineering coordination.
