About you

  • You're a hands-on engineer who enjoys working close to the business and solving real operational problems
  • You're comfortable working with ambiguity and don't need everything perfectly defined before you start
  • You enjoy building agentic AI and automation solutions, but you're also happy upskilling others to build their own
  • You're motivated by outcomes and adoption rather than demos or proofs of concept
  • You're comfortable working side-by-side with non-technical but highly process-knowledgeable teams

What you'll be doing

  • Working alongside business teams to understand their processes, pain points, and constraints
  • Designing and building agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Building end-to-end solutions directly for departments or cross-functional, enterprise-wide use cases
  • Supporting business department champions who are self-building their own agents, apps, and automation flows
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing integrations and connectors to internal systems and external services
  • Selecting appropriate integration approaches, including out-of-the-box connectors, custom connectors, or APIs
  • Combining agents, automation, and apps into reliable, production-ready workflows
  • Deploying and supporting solutions in production Power Platform environments
  • Providing guidance, reviews, and practical support to non-technical business champions
  • Staying accountable for adoption, performance, and real-world impact

What you'll bring

  • Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio and AI Foundry
  • Strong experience with Power Automate, including event-driven and long-running workflows
  • Experience building Power Apps to support operational processes
  • Proven ability to design and build integrations and custom connectors using APIs, authentication, and data mapping
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders, including non-technical users
  • A practical, delivery-focused mindset and comfort working with ambiguity
  • The ability to balance hands-on delivery with supporting and enabling others to build safely
  • Experience with AI governance, safety, or evaluation in enterprise environments is a bonus
  • Familiarity with RAG, semantic search, or LLM-enabled workflows is a bonus
