Robson Bale are currently recruiting for a Python API Developer to come on board for an initial 3 month contract.

The role will require some time on site in Central London

Skills

• CI/CD & IaC: Terraform, GoCD or similar (Jenkins/GitHub/GitLab)
• AWS Expertise: EKS, API Gateway, EventBridge, IAM.
• Python: Strong coding for integration services and automation.
• Security: JWT, TLS, PII processing.
• API Implementation: REST, OpenAPI specs.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with OpenSearch (hybrid search, FGAC).
• Understanding of GenAI (RAG, embeddings, LLMs, AI Safety, Evaluation).
• Security: ABAC, multi-tenant isolation

Responsibilities

• Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps: env pipelines, multi region support for OpenSearch, tagging, feature flags.
• Content ingestion services (event based).
• API Gateway + JWT validation/hardening downstream.
• Observability package: Datadog, DD, KPIs, metrics.
• Security/Privacy: Support any outstanding for DPO approval and threat model;
• Support e2e integration
• Support Launch readiness
