UX/UI Designer - Hybrid Working

Job: UX/UI Designer
Location: North Manchester - Hybrid
Salary: £46,000 - £51,000

Roc Search is partnered with a growing organisation which is looking for a driven and experienced UX/UI Designer to improve internal and customer-facing systems, transforming complex workflows into intuitive, user-centered interfaces.

This is a hands-on role which provides the opportunity to work across both UX and UI design as part of a growing tech

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to improve products
• Refine existing applications for usability and consistency
• Contribute to and maintain a design system with accessible, reusable components
• Develop interactive prototypes, gather feedback, and iterate designs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation

Requirements:

• UX/UI experience with a portfolio of complex systems or dashboards
• Skilled in Figma and comfortable using AI design tools
• Experience with operational tools, SaaS platforms, or data-heavy interfaces
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and Agile methods
• User-focused, practical and collaborative approach
