F&B Finance Specialist - Winsford - Hybrid F&B Finance Specialist - ERP / Process Mapping / Requirement CaptureRoc Search are currently recruiting for a F&B Finance Specialist to join an expanding manufacturing company based in Winsford. They are growing at a rapid rate at the moment with a number of different projects going on.Day to day, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert, bridging the gap between Finance and IT teams. You will lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems with a specific focus on financial modules, ensuring that complex business requirements are translated into efficient, scalable, and compliant system configurations. You will be responsible for the entire process from identifying customer pain points and solution design through to delivery and implementation.With the level of growth going on will have plenty of opportunity to develop yourself. There is lots of potential to progress within the company as they are growing.This will be from a hybrid perspective whereby you will need to be in the office on 2-3 days a week.

Essential skills include experience with:

  • Financial accounting and reporting
  • Stakeholder management
  • Food and Beverage manufacturing industry
