We’re supporting a key consultancy client delivering a large-scale Windows 10 β†’ Windows 11 migration programme and are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer with active SC Clearance to join the team on-site in Cheltenham.

Key experience required:

  • Strong 2nd line support background (desktop / EUC environment)
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 & 11 environments
  • Active Directory (user admin, group policy, troubleshooting)
  • Exposure to Azure / M365 environments (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills – ability to support users face-to-face

Role overview:

  • Supporting users through device upgrades and migration activities
  • Troubleshooting desktop, hardware, and access issues
  • Working closely with project teams to ensure smooth rollout
  • Providing on-site, high-quality user support throughout
