Weβre supporting a key consultancy client delivering a large-scale Windows 10 β Windows 11 migration programme and are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer with active SC Clearance to join the team on-site in Cheltenham.
Key experience required:
- Strong 2nd line support background (desktop / EUC environment)
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 & 11 environments
- Active Directory (user admin, group policy, troubleshooting)
- Exposure to Azure / M365 environments (desirable)
- Strong communication skills β ability to support users face-to-face
Role overview:
- Supporting users through device upgrades and migration activities
- Troubleshooting desktop, hardware, and access issues
- Working closely with project teams to ensure smooth rollout
- Providing on-site, high-quality user support throughout
