🚀 Power BI Analyst – London (Hybrid)
We’re working with a leading financial services firm looking to hire a Power BI Analyst to join their growing Data Engineering team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in scaling and professionalising a business-critical BI environment.
đź’ˇ The Role
You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions, while helping evolve the existing Power BI setup into a robust, production-grade analytics platform. Expect a mix of hands-on development, stakeholder engagement, and driving best practices across data and reporting.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports across the business
- Deliver automated, scalable reporting solutions
- Improve and standardise existing BI/reporting environments
- Work with SQL data warehouses to optimise data models and performance
- Implement best practices (DAX, data modelling, governance, CI/CD)
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
🧠What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years’ experience with Power BI (Desktop & Service)
- Strong DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL skills
- Experience with data modelling and ETL processes
- Exposure to Azure or broader Microsoft stack
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Financial services experience is a plus
