Responsibilities
● Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and prospective clients
● Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
● Promote the company’s products/services addressing clients’ objectives
● Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
● Drive and meet growth targets
Requirements
● 3 years experience in the Blockchain or Web3 space
● Preferably with experience in DeFi/Crypto organisations and familiarity with DeFi protocols.
● Working experience as a sales executive, business development or a relevant role
● Proficient market knowledge in blockchain especially liquid staking is required
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Ability to build rapport with clients
● Ability to handle stress
● Proven sales track record is a plus
● Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment is a plus
