RocketCell is one of the fastest-growing products from RocketPhone.ai, bringing something genuinely new to the Salesforce market: the ability to capture, transcribe, summarise and action mobile phone conversations directly inside Salesforce.
For companies with sales, service, field or account teams using mobiles every day, RocketCell solves a massive blind spot. Conversations that used to disappear into personal phones can now become structured Salesforce data, complete with AI summaries, call activity, next steps, bookmarks and insights.
We are growing quickly, the market is wide open, and we are looking for a BDR who wants to make a serious mark.
The roleYou’ll join our established mid-market sales team, selling into the Salesforce ecosystem and helping us open doors with companies that rely on customer conversations.
Your job is simple, but not easy:
Find the right accounts. Identify the right people. Create the conversation. Book high-quality meetings that can move all the way through to closed-won revenue.
This role is for someone who has already learned how to generate pipeline through cold outbound and wants a bigger opportunity, a better product story, and a company where strong performance can genuinely change their career path.

- Building targeted account lists across mid-market and Salesforce-led organisations.
- Researching accounts to understand where RocketCell can create real value.
- Finding and engaging senior sales, service, operations, IT and Salesforce stakeholders.
- Running high-quality cold outbound across phone, email and LinkedIn.
- Creating strong first conversations that lead to qualified meetings.
- Working closely with Account Executives to progress opportunities.
- Tracking your activity, learning from outcomes and constantly improving your approach.
- Contributing ideas, messaging and market feedback as RocketCell continues to scale.
- You are booking meetings that AEs are excited to take.
- Your opportunities are progressing, not disappearing after discovery.
- You are building real account knowledge, not just running generic outreach.
- You are consistently improving your messaging, targeting and conversion.
- You are helping RocketCell become known across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in a BDR, SDR, outbound sales or similar role.
- A proven ability to create opportunities through cold outreach.
- Strong phone skills and confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
- Good written communication and attention to detail.
- Commercial curiosity and the ability to understand business problems.
- A high-performance mindset without ego.
- Someone who wants progression, responsibility and reward.
- Salesforce ecosystem experience is useful, but not essential. Hunger, quality and outbound ability matter more.
