Organisational Change Management Lead

Our client is a well-established leader in their field and with a track record of continued profitable growth and a Global footprint. They are a manufacturer and supplier of highly technical scientific/analytical instrumentation.

As organisational change management lead, you will be responsible for driving the change management strategy and execution for a business integration program on an SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce integrated platform. This role ensures that impacted stakeholders are engaged, prepared, and supported throughout the transition, enabling successful adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.

The contract is initially for 6 months, but may well be for longer. It is a flexible hybrid role and there will be occasional overseas travel.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5+ years in Change Management roles, with at least 3 years in ERP or CRM transformation programs.
  • Strongly desirable to have proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce platform implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple workstreams.
