We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to own and scale a high-performing B2B demand engine, with clear accountability for pipeline creation and revenue impact.
This role suits a senior demand marketer who can demonstrate measurable results.
The business is a high-growth B2B SaaS business delivering market-leading intelligence to help organisations identify and engage with ambitious companies.
Package
- Salary: circa £80,000
- Bonus: 20%, paid pro rata across three payments per year
- Benefits: comprehensive benefits package
- Working pattern: Hybrid – 2 days office
The Role
You’ll lead full-funnel demand generation, working closely with Sales, SDRs and RevOps to deliver predictable, high-quality pipeline across inbound and outbound channels.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience leading B2B SaaS demand generation at scale
- Clear track record of quantified achievements, such as:
- Pipeline and revenue contribution
- MQL SQL conversion improvements
- Cost-per-lead / CAC reductions
- ABM programme performance
- Strong hands-on expertise across PPC, paid social, SEO, retargeting and content syndication
- Experience building and optimising ABM programmes (1:1, 1:few, 1:many)
- Confident working with marketing automation, attribution and funnel reporting
- Ability to demonstrate how to build the end to end marketing funnel aligning quantified outcomes with the sales organisation
- Experience enabling SDRs and sales teams with campaigns, content and messaging
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI- or LLM-driven targeting, personalisation or discoverability
- Background in data-led or intelligence-driven SaaS
- HubSpot experience
