Marketing Manager – B2B Tech / Demand Gen / ABM

£45–55k + benefits | Hybrid working

Fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded B2B Marketing Manager to own demand generation, ABM and multi-channel campaign activity for a well-established, growth-focused organisation in the technology sector.  This new role provides opportunity to align marketing outcomes with sales enablement driving brand awareness and new opportunities.

The Role

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, PPC, paid social, SEO/SEM, content and events.
• Build targeted demand generation and ABM programmes in partnership with sales to drive high-quality pipeline.
• Create persona-led content including case studies, guides, sales collateral, landing pages and digital assets.
• Manage automated nurture journeys to improve engagement, conversion and customer lifetime value.
• Conduct market and customer insight work to refine messaging, personas and campaign targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance using GA4, CRM and automation tools, producing clear reporting and optimising activity.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure all activity is compliant and aligned with company values.

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within tech, SaaS or digital services.
• Strong background in demand generation, ABM and digital campaign delivery.
• Confident with CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, SFMC, Salesforce).
• Skilled at analysing data and turning insight into actionable improvements.
• Creative, proactive and able to manage multiple campaigns end-to-end.
