Your tasks

• As a member of our AI Software Solution teams, your key responsibilities will include
• Prepare, clean, and augment datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Develop and refine AI applications through model training and fine-tuning, agentic workflows and feedback loops.
• Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques (e.g., classification, regression, feature extraction) to address challenges in mobile radio testing.
• Integrate semantic search and root cause analysis features for mobile communication logs.
• Benchmark and optimize AI performance.
• Ensure seamless deployment, reliability, and scaling by collaborating on cloud infrastructure setups and CI/CD automation
• Develop and maintain user-friendly web UI to access and visualize AI functionalities.

Your Qualifications

• To be successful in this role, you will need
• To be proficient in Python, machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data pre-processing tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps and DevOps practices for automated deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with web UI development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
