We are now working closely with a company that is doing things very differently. Founded by experienced accountants in the cloud accounting space, the firm we’re supporting assists a range of clients with the transformation of their finance systems.

From initial consultation to implementation and ongoing support, this business helps clients with improving their finance systems from outdated to modern and efficient, ensuring they are operating as effectively as possible.

As a very new service in the finance space, this business is aiming to become the leading provider of finance transformation services in the UK, so are now looking for a finance transformation consultant to join their team.

The firm have a modern approach to work themselves, operating on a fully remote basis with flexible hours, extensive holiday allowance and benefits. They are also open to applications from individuals looking for either full or part time roles.

Key Responsibilities of this Finance Transformation Consultant role;

• Assess clients existing finance operations, including ways of working and systems or software used.
• Support the design and build of tailored tech & systems.
• Undertake the full implementation and migration of new systems, software and ways of working.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients on new software and systems, answering queries as required.

You

• Hold an accounting qualification such as AAT.
• Have prior client facing accounting experience, ideally from a cloud, business services or outsourcing department.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with cloud accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage to name a few.
• Experience of supporting clients with systems, providing training where required as well as software implementations is a huge benefit.
• Awareness of new accounting systems and the desire to continually improve ways of working to assist the firms offering.
