My client is a market-leading healthcare talent partner operating hiring for private healthcare and the NHS UK wide. The role

This is to join the an existing team spread over 3 locations in the UK, ideally to be based in London, but experienced, remote candidates will be considered.

The team covers all data and digital roles in the UK for the NHS, Trusts and Private Healthcare, they gave a wealth of warm relationships to utilise and a powerful brand reputation for their strong company values and professionalism.

You will be part of one of the highest performing team in the business with covering a fast and interesting breadth of work across the UK, hiring for Digital, Transformation and Change. (This is any role that is linked to the digitalisation of the NHS which along has £10 billion of funding) The positions the team cover include:

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record bulding your own 360 desk
• BD strategy within NHS frameworks AND outside of these
• Contract book at £5k-10k weekly GP
• Managing multiple runners
• Self-sourcing deals (full 360 experience from cold outreach to client management)
• Ambitious self-starter
• Not afraid to communicate with professionals at all levels
• Confident to cold call and handle objections and shut downs
• Persuasive and a good communicator
• Very organised and can juggle multiple high-pressure tasks at once
• People person, you can talk to anyone and build trust easily
• Motivated by the opportunity to earn good commission
• Experience in a corporate environment
• A 'there is always more that can be done' attitude
• Problem solver and logical thinker
• Good Stress management and work well under pressure and when taking feedback

Package:

• £30,000 -£55,000 base salary depending on prior experience
• Work from home Wednesdays
• Uncapped commission top bracket 40%
• Unlimited annual leave and other non-cash benefits
