Responsibilities

As an integral part of the legal team, you'll be at the forefront of advising a dynamic client base on a range commercial matters. This includes to:

• Craft comprehensive solutions for complex IT, technology and outsourcing issues
• Manage a varied workload efficiently while excelling in project management
• Create lasting client relationships
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example
• Engage in broader marketing and team development activities

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Has a minimum of 1 years' post-qualification experience as a commercial lawyer gained at reputable firm
• Worked on IT, technology and outsourcing matters
• Has experience in one or more sectors such as retail & consumer, financial services, advanced manufacturing, transport, and health
