The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive development of innovative features across our enterprise-grade SaaS platform. You’ll work across the full stack, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide leadership while solving complex engineering challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality features across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Provide technical leadership and support to engineering team members, promoting best practices.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape and execute the technical roadmap.
• Contribute to engineering culture through knowledge sharing, guild participation, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in sprint planning and agile delivery processes.
• Produce clear technical documentation and uphold strong standards in testing, CI/CD, and scalability.

Essential Skills

• Experience of functional programming in a professional environment would help you get started, ideally you would be interested in working with TypeScript, React and Go.
• Understanding of database design, indexing and related concepts
• Understanding of Test Driven Development
• Understanding of Git, Github Actions and CI/CD concepts
