Project Manager

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end tech projects, leading teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. To succeed, you’ll bring proven experience in managing digital or tech projects, a solid grasp of project management best practices, and a natural ability to coordinate teams and drive commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Ensure deliverables align with client objectives and adhere to agency standards.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide transparent updates.
- Proactively address client concerns and adapt project plans as necessary.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, including developers, designers, and digital marketers.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Create and present post-project reports, including performance metrics and lessons learned.
Some of the requirements:
- Previous experience as a web development Project Manager, ideally within an agency environment. Certifications such as PRINCE2 or Scrum Master are desirable.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, digital marketing services, the software development life cycle, and web, app, and other digital platform technologies.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Jira (desirable).
- Excellent organisation skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, able to negotiate and solve problems collaboratively, conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A highly commercial approach, experienced in managing, delivering, and scaling successful projects.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
- Experience working in a dynamic agency environment or for public sector organisations.
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues while contributing to team spirit.
- A passion for sharing knowledge and helping to upskill others.
