Software/Mobile Engineer

The Role

As the Founding Product Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building and scaling the core

platform across mobile and backend systems.

You’ll work directly with the founders, turning ideas into shipped features quickly, while helping

shape product decisions and user experience.

This role would suit someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives in early-stage environments, and

wants meaningful ownership rather than operating within heavy processes or large teams.

Key Responsibilities

Build and ship features end-to-end across frontend and backend

Take ownership of architecture and technical decisions

Collaborate with founders on product direction and UX

Rapidly iterate based on user feedback and usage data

Establish engineering standards and best practices

Help scale the platform as user adoption grows

Mobile / Frontend: Flutter

Backend: Node.js

Cloud-based infrastructure

Full-stack product development across mobile and web

Requirements

5+ years of commercial software engineering experience

Strong full-stack capability (Flutter + Node preferred)

Experience building and shipping consumer-facing applications

Product mindset — you care about usability and user experience

Comfortable working autonomously with high ownership
