Following our recent restructure, every ROQAD seller now has access to the complete combined suite: identity infrastructure, data onboarding, and Zeotap Data audience segments.

As a Sales Manager, you will build and develop your own territory across agencies, brand-direct accounts, retail media networks, and AdTech platform partners. Supported by an experienced team of sales professionals across the EU5 region, you will take ownership of your pipeline and contribute directly to revenue growth.

This role is ideal for someone early in their AdTech or MarTech career who is eager to learn, grow quickly, and take ownership of commercial success.



Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing opportunities across all customer segments.
  • Build and develop a healthy pipeline through direct outreach, industry events, strategic partnerships, and agency relationships.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reporting using HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Represent ROQAD at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to generate leads and strengthen market visibility.
  • Share market intelligence and customer insights to support product development, positioning, and commercial strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with brands, agencies, retail media networks, platforms, and data partners.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while contributing to overall pipeline growth and business objectives.


Who You Will Sell ToAgencies

Major agency groups and trading desks managing programmatic spend across large client portfolios. These relationships provide access to decision-makers responsible for data strategy and audience activation across multiple brands.

Brands & Retail Media Networks

Global advertisers and retail media networks looking to improve audience reach, measurement, and activation in a privacy-first, post-cookie environment. Retailers increasingly require identity infrastructure to connect first-party shopper data with digital advertising ecosystems.

AdTech Platforms

DSPs, SSPs, publishers, identity providers, and technology platforms that require accurate identity data to enhance their products, measurement capabilities, and monetisation strategies. These partnerships are often strategic, long-term, and commercially significant.



Your SkillsWhat We're Looking For1–3 Years in AdTech, MarTech or Agency Sales

Experience within digital advertising, media, AdTech, MarTech, or agency environments. We value curiosity, ambition, and potential just as highly as years of experience.

Digital Advertising Knowledge

A solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, audience targeting, identity, data-driven marketing, or measurement solutions.

Proven Pipeline Builder

Evidence of generating opportunities, building pipeline, and contributing towards revenue targets.

Complex Sales Cycle Experience

Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously and navigating commercial conversations with confidence.

Strong Communication Skills

Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across brands, agencies, and technology partners.

CRM Proficiency

Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

Self-Starter Mentality

Highly organised, motivated, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced international environment.

European Market Familiarity

Comfortable working across multiple European markets. Additional European language skills are a plus.
