Oracle ERP Technical Support & Integration Analyst

We specialise in process automation for customers running Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Applications (both Fusion and e-Business Suite), helping them maximise their return on investment.
The role
We are seeking an Oracle ERP technical resource to work across our support and development teams. Primarily focussed on support, you will work within our 3rd line support team managing and resolving incidents reported by customers, focusing on issues related to our process automation software and its integration with Oracle ERP. There will also be opportunities on the development side to build integrations between our automation tools and Oracle ERP.

Key responsibilities
- Analysis and resolution of issues spanning the Oracle Cloud ecosystem including OCI PaaS stack (for example Linux servers, Oracle Databases, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle WebLogic) and Oracle Fusion SaaS (for example HCM, Finance, Procurement).
- Pro-active monitoring of systems to pre-emptively identify and resolve issues.
- Deploying software patches and releases for Rossera’s applications running on the OCI ecosystem across development and production instances.
- Building integrations between our proprietary process automation tools and Oracle Applications using the Oracle database and Oracle integration products.
Skills & experience
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- 3-5 years Oracle technical experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion or e-Business Suite)
- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of underlying Oracle ERP database design (Fusion or e-Business Suite).
- Well organised, able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
- An attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of service delivery.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
The following skills are advantageous:
- Experience in one or more integration tools building integrations with Oracle ERP e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite or a modern industry integration tool that can implement REST API patterns.
- Familiarity with incident management tools (E.g. ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with REST web services.
- Oracle BI Publisher (or OTBI for cloud)
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS REST APIs.
- Appreciation of Oracle Fusion SaaS functionality.
- Oracle WebLogic server administration.
- Linux/Unix skills.
Work arrangements
This is a full-time, permanent role. We offer a hybrid working arrangement split between our Central London offices, client site and your home. You will be required to attend central London offices on a regular basis.

- Salary £40 – £60K (dependent upon relevant experience) plus discretionary bonus.
