Oracle Integration Consultant

The role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Consultant to join our delivery assurance team.

The role will play a key part in the integration team, assuring the migration and transformation of the client’s legacy Oracle ERP (EBS) platform to a new cloud-based Oracle (Fusion) platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting integration designs and patterns, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The role will also work across the data and functional workstreams, validating integration business requirements.

This role is critical in bridging the gap between business operations and the implementation programme to ensure that the integrations to and from the Cloud systems are of the right quality for the digital transformation, allowing a successful migration, adhering to industry best practices and meet business requirements.

You will be working alongside expert Oracle integration, data, reporting, functional and technical leads, and we will support and train you to increase your skill base to allow you to be productive and progress.

Key responsibilities

We are seeking an analytical and performance-focused individual to join our team. The role involves:

  • Working alongside the Integration Lead to analyse and interpret integration requirements for all Oracle modules to provide actionable insights regarding designs.
  • Ensuring integrity, consistency, and accuracy regarding integration migration.
  • Working with business stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to ensure readiness for System Integration Testing (SIT).

Education requirements

Degree level education (2:1 or above) ideally in computer science, maths, finance, business or other field that demonstrates analytical thinking.

Skills

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

  • 3+ years experience as a data analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle Applications either in the cloud or on premises.
  • Experience of large-scale integration platforms on Oracle Applications.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (e.g. Financials, Procurement, HCM).
  • Highly personable and able to build relationships and rapport with clients and other key stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems to product specialists, developers and key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • An attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of service delivery.

Work arrangements

This is a full-time, permanent role. We offer a hybrid working arrangement split between our Central London offices, client site and your home. You will be required to attend central London offices on a regular basis.
