Are you an AV Engineer (Control4 / Lutron) looking for a field-based Maintenance/Aftercare role in a cutting-edge smart home company? Join an award winning SME where you'll have clear progression make the role your own and climb the ladder.

You'll spend the majority of your time on site across London, delivering a mix of reactive troubleshooting and planned maintenance to keep premium residential systems performing.

The Job:

• Perform maintenance, updates and component replacements as needed

• Troubleshoot and resolve network, control and distribution issues (audio, video, Wi-Fi/LAN, etc.).

• Work independently in the field, collaborating with internal teams to ensure great client outcomes.

• Keep clear documentation of fixes, updates and asset changes.

About you

• Strong understanding of Audio Visual systems and IT networking fundamentals.

• Control4, Crestron or similar experience is essential.

• Comfortable diagnosing and resolving issues independently in client homes.

• Motivated by career progression and continuous learning.
